In today's world, women spend a significant amount of time at the work place, studying or in some cases both. This has resulted in the need for many of them to seek quality and affordable childcare as well as housekeeping help. At Elite Domestic Services, we understand that choosing a quality babysitter and housekeeper can be a bit daunting, this is why we have established a referral system where we can match pre-screened candidates to families.
 
Our goal is to support, assist and help families find qualified and experienced household staff, by providing lots of individual attention and outstanding customer care. We are committed to help families ease through this difficult process of searching for the perfect match by communicating, listening and understanding individual needs. We take extra time to define your personal criteria and present only those applicants who are personally matched to your requirements.

Babysitters: Babysitters are flexible and fit in with your family life in a way that suits you best, whether this is around your work or your child’s school commitments. Babysitters offer continuous loving care for your child or children and are very often seen as an extension of the real family. Strong bonds can be formed with babysitters, so it is essential that you appoint someone who will suit your family life. Here at Elite we pride ourselves on working with you to provide the perfect babysitter for your home situation.

Elite Domestic Services seeks to ease the stress of finding reliable, loving and honest babysitters. We offer full time as well as part time placements.

What can Elite give me?

• Childcare Advice - After you send your requirements we'll prepare a complete job description and profile guide you through your childcare options, providing advice on what you are looking for.

• Assurance - We personally interview and vet all of our childcarers and will only put forward nannies that we think are suitable for your childcare job. Certificate of Character, references, ID checks, qualification verifications are all part of our processes

• Efficiency - We will start work immediately to find the right nanny for you, and will keep you updated every step of the way. We will set up interviews for you at your convenience

• Guidance - We guide you all the way through the process of hiring a nanny, including free employment advice, fact sheets on interviewing your nanny and inducting your nanny into your home. 

Housekeepers:
If you feel that you no longer have the time or the ability to manage your daily household affairs, Elite can provide you with reliable and trustworthy individuals or couples as housekeepers, to run this aspect of your home. Housekeepers can offer help in almost all aspects of the day-to-day running of a busy household, including cleaning, cooking, shopping and ironing.  Housekeepers can often be a wonderful source of companionship to those living alone. 

Not all homes need a full-time housekeeper but all houses need cleaning and if this aspect of your life is something you find you do not have the time for, Elite can provide full-time or part-time.
